Return Policy Online

At DolceVitaHub, based in Paris, France, we strive to provide a satisfying shopping experience for all our customers. Our return policy complies with French regulations governing second-hand goods and ensures clarity in our processes.

France

  • Returns from France are eligible for a refund if the item meets the return conditions.

Europe (excluding France)

Returns are accepted only for orders shipped to the following European Union (EU) Member States:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Customers whose delivery address is located in one of these countries may return eligible items in accordance with our Returns Policy and choose either a refund to the original payment method or a voucher equal to the value of the returned eligible items.

Returns are not accepted for orders shipped to destinations outside these European Union Member States, including, without limitation, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, or any other non-EU country or territory, due to customs procedures, import/export regulations, and the associated administrative costs.

Outside Europe

  • We do not accept returns from countries outside the European Union, unless a defect was not mentioned on the product. (This includes the United States, Japan, Island, Canada ...).

Return Policy In-Store

In accordance with French consumer law, the right of withdrawal applies exclusively to distance and off-premises contracts. Therefore, items purchased and paid for in our physical store are considered final sales and are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition, free of odors, stains, or alterations that were not mentioned in the description of the item.

  • The DolceVitaHub tag must remain intact. Any removal of the tag will make the item ineligible for return.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. 

  • You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the item to return it or inform us of any problem with the shipment.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund or voucher status. If approved, refunds (for eligible France returns) will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method. Vouchers (for eligible European returns) will be issued within the same timeframe.

If the item does not meet return eligibility criteria (e.g., signs of wear, odors, stains, or tag removal), no refund or voucher will be issued, and the item may be returned to you at your expense.

Cancellation Policy

If a customer wishes to cancel his order before the package has been shipped, we will issue a refund for the order amount minus shipping and service fees, as these costs are paid and covered by us.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
