Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy:
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours from France (Paris & Orléans) via the French local carrier "Colissimo". During busy periods processing periods can take up to 72 hours.
With our transporter:
- If you live in France, it takes 2 working days.
- If you live in Europe, it takes 4 to 5 working days.
- If you live outside Europe, it takes 5 to 8 working days.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or shipping carrier issues.
Return Policy:
Return Policy
At DolceVitaHub, based in Paris, France, we strive to provide a satisfying shopping experience for all our customers. Our return policy complies with French regulations governing second-hand goods and ensures clarity in our processes.
14-Day Return Period
In accordance with French law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return. Returns initiated after this period cannot be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns for purchases delivered within France. Returns from outside France are accepted only if the item has a defect that was not mentioned or visible in the product description or pictures.
Additionally, the following criteria must be met for a return to be eligible:
- Condition of the Item: Items must be in their original, unworn condition, free of odors, stains, or alterations, and include all attached DolceVitaHub tags.
- Tag Requirement: The DolceVitaHub tag must remain intact. Any tampering, removal, or damage to the tag will make the item ineligible for return.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Please include the shipping carrier and tracking information when sending your return to ensure smooth processing.
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Items purchased or delivered outside of France.
- Items returned after the 14-day window.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
Please note: If the item fails to meet the return eligibility criteria (e.g., odors, stains, or other damages), no refund will be issued, and the item may be returned to you at your expense.
