Shipping Policy:

We ship all over the world.

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours from France (Paris) via the French local carrier "Colissimo". During busy periods processing periods can take up to 48 hours. 

With our transporter:

  • If you live in France, it takes 2 working days.
  • If you live in Europe, it takes 4 to 5 working days.
  • If you live outside Europe, it takes 5 to 7 working days.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or shipping carrier issues.

Return Policy:

Return Policy

At DolceVitaHub, based in Paris, France, we strive to provide a satisfying shopping experience for all our customers. Our return policy complies with French regulations governing second-hand goods and ensures clarity in our processes.

France

  • Returns from France are eligible for a full refund if the item meets the return conditions.

Europe (Outside France)

  • Instead of a refund, returns from Europe are eligible for a voucher of the same amount.

Outside Europe

  • We do not accept returns from countries outside the European Union, unless a defect was not mentioned on the product. (This includes the united states, England, Switzerland, Japan, China ...).

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition, free of odors, stains, or alterations that were not mentioned in the description of the item.

  • The DolceVitaHub tag must remain intact. Any removal of the tag will make the item ineligible for return.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. 

  • You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund or voucher status. If approved, refunds (for eligible France returns) will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method. Vouchers (for eligible European returns) will be issued within the same timeframe.

If the item does not meet return eligibility criteria (e.g., signs of wear, odors, stains, or tag removal), no refund or voucher will be issued, and the item may be returned to you at your expense.
