Shipping Policy:

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours from France (Paris & Orléans) via the French local transporter. During busy periods processing periods can take up to 72 hours.

With our transporter (Colissimo):

  • If you live in France, it takes 2 working days.
  • If you live in Europe, it takes 4 to 5 working days.
  • If you live outside Europe, it takes 5 to 8 working days.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or shipping carrier issues.

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and straightforward return policy for your peace of mind.

14-Day Return Window

Our return policy allows returns within 14 days of receipt of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact us promptly by e-mail at dolcevitahub@gmail.com. Please note that we cannot accept returns beyond this 14-day period.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

Unworn Condition: The item must be in its original, unworn condition, with tags attached and free from any signs of wear or alteration, aside from fitting purposes. Most of our products are vintage and we can not ensure their durability, you wear vintage at your own risk.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning an item, please provide us with the shipping company and tracking number to facilitate the return process.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days via the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please note that if the item does not meet our return eligibility criteria (e.g., odors, stains, defects), a refund may not be issued.
