GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTCS") govern the contractual relations between DolceVitaHub, with its registered office located at 79 Avenue Jean Jaurès 92120 Montrouge, France, and any person making a purchase on the company's website.
2. Products
The products offered for sale by DolceVitaHub are presented on its website and accompanied by a detailed description. The product photographs are not contractual and are for illustrative purposes only.
3. Prices
The prices of the products are indicated in euros and are understood to be inclusive of all taxes (VAT). Delivery charges are not included in the displayed price and are calculated at the time of ordering. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of order validation.
4. Order
The Customer places their order on DolceVitaHub's website by following the online ordering process. The order will only be final after confirmation of its acceptance by the Seller, confirmed by sending a confirmation email to the Customer.
5. Payment
Payment for purchases is made online at the time of ordering, by credit card or any other means of payment accepted by DolceVitaHub. The Customer guarantees to DolceVitaHub that they have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method when validating the order.
6. Delivery
The ordered products will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer when ordering. Delivery times are indicated when placing the order and may vary depending on the delivery location and product availability. In case of delivery delay, the Customer will be notified by email.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the European Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except for return costs, which remain at their expense.
8. Warranty
All products sold by DolceVitaHub benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with the conditions provided by law.
9. Liability
DolceVitaHub's liability shall not be engaged in case of non-performance or improper performance of the contract due to the Customer's fault, an insurmountable and unforeseeable third-party event, or force majeure.
10. Protection of Personal Data
The personal data collected as part of the order are intended for order management and commercial purposes. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.
11. Applicable Law and Disputes
These GTCS are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to reach an amicable solution. Failing that, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
